The whole experience was very pleasant. Overall, service was very good not pushy to buy certain brands but recommended a few others. We had a terrific time trying on a variety of baby carriers. The instructions and tutorials were incredibly valuable not only to find the most suitable carrier for us, but also to learn how to safely pick up and load the baby. The shop feels so comfortable and friendly. There are a lot of terrific items for purchase, beyond the carriers - from some of the best brands. We love the carrier we purchased and will certainly be back for future purchases.

Whether you are first time parent or multiple times, highly recommend to drop by this place for professional guidance on the most suitable carrier / sling so you won't end up investing a wrong one and getting backaches or fussy baby. Not all carriers are suitable for you and/or your spouse (if sharing). The staff here will professionally access both parents and child and recommend the best few to try before you decide. Me being lost with all the brands and types that I thought I'll have difficulty choosing one, but with their help and playing the game of elimination, I could narrow down and decide quite fast! If you need further guidance from them even after purchase, can always check back. I've used the carrier for a month plus and I'm still using it, didn't become a white elephant! My 2 month old baby is a light sleeper and I wanted to look for a carrier or sling to see if I can help her sleep better. I am glad to have booked a fitting session as we were given undivided attention. The owners were very patient as my LO was sleepy and cranky when we tried the Sling and carrier. Originally we were thinking of buying a carrier for our 2 month LO for long term use, then after we try a sling, we realized LO was more comfortable in it and she fell asleep in it quickly. The owners provided clear instructions on how to wear a baby in a sling and I was able to do it in 1 try. We tried once at home and again she fell asleep quickly too! Glad to have made the visit! I m going to come back to buy another carrier here when the time comes.

We went to Baby slings & carriers because I suspected my Tula carrier bought online was not a good fit for my baby after using it for the month. The team let us try on the carriers they have on site and recommended one that was most suitable for our baby and our body type before we made a purchase. They were patient, friendly and approachable. After trying on the Manduca XT, we were sold! Our baby’s posture in the carrier was so much better as compared to her in the Tula. I’d highly recommend booking a fitting session and making a trip down to try on the carriers rather than purchasing one online based on designs and reviews! P.S the Tula is gone for good. Thanks team! 🙂

Wife and me were contemplating on the numerous brands of baby carriers in the market. I then chanced upon your website and i told my unconvinced wife that we should go and try it out. Initial thought, my wife thinks that with this kind of service, price for the baby carriers range is sure to be super expensive.
After the fitting session, she gave me the SOLD expression. And we left the place not only with 1 but 2 Manduca XT. The staff were really friendly and patient especially my baby were getting cranky mid way thru the session. I highly recommend new parents to go down for their fitting sessions before considering any other baby carriers.

I regret not getting their names but finding out about them and experiencing their service is definitely not regrettable!
I went to this place with my husband and my 2 months old girl to get a carrier and we were not disappointed. We were greeted warmly by Michelle, who guided us through the wide array of carriers that they have. We were spoilt for choices! Now I understand why this place is highly raved by the FTM in those mothers group chat! We went there with zero clue about carriers and slings, but we left with valuable knowledge of these awesome inventions! This is one place you should visit if you are considering/wondering if you should get a carrier or not. You will not regret, and maybe leave with not one but two items(which we did!). We love it! Highly recommended!
