How to shop

No. Shopping with us does not require you to sign up for an account. However, there are many advantages if you create an account with us. It’s completely free! The possibilities are endless – accumulating points with each purchase that you can use to offset future purchases, and no more having to key in your shipping address and contact details every time you want to shop with us! You may wish to find out how to create an account under ‘Creating an Account’ at the bottom of this page.

Shopping with us has never been easier! Just log in to your account on each of our websites (Baby Slings & Carriers , Baby Gates N SafetyClean Food Haven & Force Of Nature Singapore) that you are shopping at, your shopping can now be added to the same shopping cart which saves you the hassle of paying separately or making up enough to qualify for free shipping within Singapore and save big on shipping. What’s more, you can also collect points with every purchase that can be used on your further purchases, again across all these websites.

Save your shopping for check out after adding items your cart? Sure! Our website automatically stores items in your cart if you are logged into your account so you can come back whenever you wish to shop with us again. However, you can only cart out with the same items if they are still available when you are ready to check out.

As long as items are still available in our inventory, your order can be fulfilled. Adding an item into your cart does not mean that it is automatically reserved for you. Our system uses an automatic first come first served rule. So while we maintain healthy inventory levels but if someone happens to cart out with the last piece of an item before you do even isf you had it in your cart earlier, it just means that you will not be able to cart out if we are out of stock.

After placing an order with us, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email. An email with your invoice will also be triggered when we have invoiced you and have started processing your order.

Order Returns & Exchanges, Our policy

For any online orders that are invoiced but not shipped out yet, cancellation will come with an administration charge of 15% of the order or S$10, whichever is higher. If an order has already been processed and sent out, cancellation will not be possible.

While this rarely happens (we vouch for this), but in the unfortunate event that it does, please Contact us if you are missing an item from your order. You may also call us during our work hours for a faster response or email us at [email protected] with your order number for us to assist you. We’ll make it right.

For hygiene reasons, all baby slings, wraps and carriers sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Products found to have manufacturing defects are eligible for exchanges. Whether the reported issues is a manufacturing defect or not will be determined at our sole discretion.

For any other exchanges, the item must be returned to us within 3 days upon purchase/ receipt in its original condition and packaging, unwashed, unused and all tags attached, with no signs of damage. We suggest that you check all items immediately upon receipt to avoid any contentions. Any faults reported after this will be subjected to individual suppliers’ warranty programs, and the service time varies between suppliers. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping if applicable.



We accept payments via Visa/Master/American Express/Discover/JCB Cards, Paynow QR Payment and Paypal.

All payment through this website is processed using our base currency, Singapore Dollars (SGD). Regardless of which currency you may have selected to display product prices and shopping cart totals, the order amount during payment will be settled in Singapore dollars (SGD).

We do not collect your credit card information when you make payment. Confidential credit card information does not pass through us but instead is handled by the bank directly. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.


Singapore – we offer Local Express Door to Door Courier for deliveries within Singapore. It costs S$4.50 to S$10 (before tax) for most locations within Singapore depending on size of your order. Deliveries will be made within using either Aramex or Ninja Van Express services. Tracking the progress of your parcel is available to you online at Aramex or at If your order is above $120, we offer complimentary door to door courier to all locations within Singapore, except the standard No-go zones or offshore islands.

International Shipping – there are 3 options that we currently offer to international customers.

DHL Express: DHL is a premium international courier service that provides door to door delivery. It comes complete with detailed tracking of package end to end. If you need your order delivered to you order urgently or require certainty through the whole process of delivery, this is the service for you. Please note that we do not cover duties, taxes and other charges charged by the government in your own country that DHL may collect on behalf during last mile delivery.

FedEx Express: FedEx is a premium international courier service that provides door to door delivery. It comes complete with detail tracking of package end to end. If you need your order delivered to you order urgently or require certainty through the whole process of delivery, this is the service for you. Please note that we do not cover duties, taxes and other charges charged by the government in your own country that DHL may collect on behalf during last mile delivery.

Express Local Courier – Deliveries will typically be made within 1-3 days using either Aramex or Ninja Van Express services. Tracking the progress of your parcel is available to you online at or at Service delays by the courier may however happen during peak seasons or outbreak situations, and it is not unusual to receive your package up to 5 days after courier has picked up from us. However, if you are concerned, please contact us if you have not received your items after 5 working days. We’ll help you take care of it.

International Shipping: For deliveries by DHL Express or FedEx, the delivery time is usually between 1 to 5 working days. For deliveries by Aramex to West Malaysia, the delivery time is between 3 to 7 working days. For East Malaysia, the delivery time is between 5 to 13 days.


For standard local courier, you can track your parcel by using your tracking number on the courier website. Simply visit the courier website and input your tracking number available in your order shipping email into the tracking ID box. From there, you can check if your parcel is pending collection, at the courier sorting warehouse or pending delivery. If you have any other inquiries or face any issues regarding the status of your parcel or with delivery, do Contact Us.

Yes, you can collect your order directly from our retail showroom. When you are carting out, simply indicate that you are doing self collection and you may drop by during our operating hours to pick up your order. We are open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, 10am to 4pm. Please note that our retail showroom is closed on Wednesdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Local import duties & charges pertinent to your country and state may apply for your shipment depending on where you reside. We strongly suggest that you check with the policies of your country to avoid unexpected charges.

It is important to note that while we do not collect Singapore GST for orders shipped internationally, it is possible that your country may apply additional taxes or/and duties to imports. Please check the policies of your country to avoid unexpected charges as we will not be liable for the handling of such charges.


Some items may not be imported into specific countries by law. Please find out the laws in your country before placing an order. Rejection of packages by customs will be treated as per order cancellation.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If the stored value is not utilized by the expiry date, they will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.

There are 2 ways you can use your gift card with us, in store and online.


At our showroom – you can bring along the physical gift card or show us the email which should include an e-gift card with a barcode that was sent to you.
Utilizing your e-gift card online? Simply select add gift card and enter your gift card code on the checkout page under [Payment Method] before making payment with your desired payment method. You may wish to set up a free account with us before adding your gift card, as this enables you to store the value of the gift card to your account should you be unable to utilize the full amount within that same purchase.

No. An existing gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

Creating an Account

Creating an account with us allows you to collect points with every purchase; completely free of charge! Every $1 spent is equivalent to 1 point. Points will be credited to your account (if you have one with us) and they can be used as store credits on your future purchases. Your points can be utilized on your purchases one day after they have been earned.

Our points system not only works on this website but across all our sister labels as well ( , & This means that you can not only collect points across all our retail labels but also utilize your points on all these websites. Be sure to log-in (you need to log in to all the websites you wish to shop at individually with the same login ID so that they end up in the same shopping cart) whenever you’re on our websites in order to enjoy this feature!

You can check your points balance easily once you log in to your account. Every 100 points equates to $1. These points can be used for redemption against your future purchases. Points are automatically credited about 24 to 48 hours after you have paid for your purchase.
